FlexTools style roof generator with varying and adjustable roof styles (hip, gable, Dutch Barn, Flat with varying overhang/style etc). Adjustable pitch and eaves overhang fascia depth would also be needed. Future developments could be the introduction of flexible roof windows and dormers.
