Why is an email address required to submit an idea?

A working email address is required for the Idea-Push voting system to work:

1. The email you enter will only be used for notifying you when an idea you suggested or voted on was completed and added as an official FlexTools feature.

2. It is necessary so you will be able to submit multiple ideas and add comments from the same account.

3. The email address helps prevent possible voting abuse.

We take your privacy very seriously. We will not share your email or name outside of the idea-push system.

How does voting work?

You can vote on any idea once. Don’t worry, if you change your mind, you can always click on the voting button again and it will remove your vote.
Ideas that are voted on will be pushed to the top when in the default ‘popular’ view.
The more votes an idea has... the better picture we will get as to how much this idea is needed and we will do our best to focus our work towards fulfilling it. We can’t promise anything, and some ideas, as good as they may sound, might be out of our reach, ability or direction, but we promise to do our best!
If a suggested idea is relatively easy to complete (i.e. a small feature or quick fix that will take a few hours work, and we find it relevant), we just might work to complete it regardless of how many votes it has.

I'm logged out and I don't remember setting a password

Don't worry, everything is cool! 😎 The first time you add an idea or comment there is no password. If you find that you're logged out and you want to log back in to add new ideas or post new comments:

Click on 'Login' > Click on 'Lost your password?' > Enter the same email you used when you first added an idea or made a comment > Follow the instructions for setting a new password.
