How to turn window casing on
In the component's options window scroll to the bottom and you will see two settings: "Casing Out" and "Casing In". Choose ON and hit enter or click on the apply button.
How to customize the casing component
Double click on the component with the Select Tool and select the casing component. All the casing settings will appear in the component options window.
How to copy a casing component between doors and windows
Source Component
- Double Click to enter the component
- Select the casing
- Copy
Ctrl + C (Windows)
Cmd + C (Mac)
Destination Component
- Turn on Casing (In the component options)
- Double Click to the enter into the component
- Delete the existing casing
- Paste anywhere on the wall
Ctrl + V (Windows)
Cmd + V (Mac) - Nudge the new casing component with the move tool and it will snap into place. DONE! 😀
